Primary Function of the Job: To perform the primary functions of job classifications including kiln personnel, mixing personnel, tumbler, extrusion laborer, firing fixture coordinator, automatic press laborer, and janitor and may include any future classifications which have similar primary functions, or any other job which they may have the ability and capability of performing, depending upon previous experience, successfully held bid, or any acceptable on-the-job training they may have received; as well as assist in the performance of the secondary tasks of any other job classification including, but not limited to, all unskilled labor tasks. If unassigned to a job classification performs any and all general plant labor tasks. Receives supervision from Maintenance Supervisor.
